Connect

We support the local youth to help them reach their full potential!

The youth meet on Wednesdays in the gym area at 6:00 pm for food and games, fellowship and Bible study. Once a month the youth have a Sunday afternoon activity after church.

Men's

Many of our men are involved in the ministries and maintenance of the church. The men take part in everything from the youth on Wednesday night to mowing the yard. If you would like to join in, please contact us.

Women's

Many women in our church are involved in different capacities. They really know how to bless a family in need, including preparing meals for those who are sick and grieving. They work with our children and youth ministries and serve on the worship team. Occasional women’s fellowships and conferences are enjoyed as time allows. We are a working church.

Young Adults

We encourage young adults and young families to come and be a part of our fellowship. There are ways to serve in areas like media, worship team and with the youth.

Youth

The Youth at Colfax is for 6th-12 grades. It is led by Ben and Misty Palmer. We have a Wednesday night service at 6 pm. Other fellowships happen on Sundays and weekends. Other important events include church camp over the summer and the occasional lock-in.

Girls Bible Study

Girl’s bible study is for girls in grades 6th-12 and happens on Sunday mornings before church. Misty Palmer leads the girls on bible studies on a wide array of topics with a focus on how it applies to young women. Come for some breakfast and fellowship from 10 am to 11 am.

Children's

We bring children in from the community and surrounding areas for Wednesday night kids ministry. A meal is served and music, crafts and bible study are incorporated into this very important night of the week. We feel that our ministry to children is vital in reaching families.

Our Ministries

South Bois D’arc

South Bois D’arc

Our ministry on South Bois D’arc started after Brother Mark worked there helping with the cleanup of the tornado in April of 2016. We feed on the last Sunday of the month by preparing hotboxed meals and delivering them. It gives us an opportunity to personally visit with each household and see if there are other needs. Typically, we feed close to fifty people, (adults and children). This gives us opportunities to help with personal and household items as needed and invite them to visit our clothes closet.  Through our efforts, many of the people are now open to allow us to share the gospel.

Mexico Missions

‘Go and make disciples of all nations’ Matthew 28:19a is a command, not a suggestion. The Rose family serves the community of Queretaro, Mexico. Tommy and his wife Sarah and kids have been on the field for 8 years now and we are proud to be a small part of their efforts to win the lost in Mexico.

Clothes Closet

Our clothes closet is FULL of gently used clothing in all sizes. Men’s, Women’s, and children’s clothes are donated, cleaned, and sorted. Anyone in need of clothes is welcome to take what they need.
